I have experience working with children/adolescents/teens, and I also worked with adults experiencing trauma and a variety of other mental health challenges such as relationship problems, anxiety, and depression. My approach to treatment is to use evidence based strategies. Supporting a client’s mental, emotional, physical and environmental needs is important to me, and also having a holistic view towards treatment.
