Reaching out, asking for help, it's hard. When the feelings become to overwhelming: sadness, exhaustion, burn out, anxiety- you don't have to go through it alone. I will provide a safe place, without judgement, to work through where to go next. Together we will work to develop and implement goals based on both individual wants and needs. Throughout our sessions I will adapt to the role that will be most beneficial to the person I am working with- for some that might focus on listening and processing for others it might focus on skill building. Regardless, your sessions will be for you.
My focus is working with teens, young adults, active and inactive military service members. Life is chaotic and time never stops; leaving feelings of: anxiety, burnout, depression, fear and uncertainty about what comes next, in its wake. Together we will utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, skill building.
