Mental Clarity Therapy supports teens, adults, couples, and families through secure telehealth. Our team includes Carolyn McGee, LMFT, Clinical Director, and Rochelle Mokiao, Life Coach. Carolyn works with teens, adults, couples, and families, while Rochelle supports clients through personal growth, life transitions, mindset development, and goal-setting. We use evidence-based care including CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, IFS, and Play/Art-Based approaches for youth, with the option for Christian counseling. We help clients build confidence, resilience, and clarity aligned with their values.
