Yo, I call myself the Bro Therapist, the Bro Whisperer if you will because I know and speak typical Bro language. The typical Bro I work with the best is the guy who never became comfortable experiencing or expressing his emotions and developed several unhealthy short-term remedies to deal with them which worked fine until they no longer worked, usually in the form of their relationship with their significant other and/or children. If your goal is to learn how to find peace in stillness and to better connect with your family, I may be the right fit for you.
I believe I am the best therapist for my particular style. I rarely beat around the bush but will also go at your own pace, never forcing you to move faster than what you're ready for. That being said, I will push you directly into your discomfort zone. Why, because that's where progress lives.
