MEN - We're expected to juggle a lot: work, school, relationships, our health, stress, you name! And, those things aren’t suppose to bother us. For a time we can handle just about anything thrown at us and not be phased...till we can't. The facade can only go on for a little while, then, our masks begin to crack. At least that's my story! How about yours? We look one way, feel another, all while stuffing what's really going on deep down and out of sight. We WILL begin to unravel and that’s when we turn to things that help us numb and check-out. In retrospect, those things worked well but now they're just us causing more problems.
My role is to help you champion and show-up for you! When was the last time you can say you were able to do that? To do that, I use stories along aside my training in HOCI, IFS and EMDR therapies to help a man begin to weave a new story for himself. When you are able to see all the layers of yourself, then, can you connect with your True Self and Purpose.

**NEW GROUP STARTING - MAY, 2024** This group meets weekly and provides space for men needing support to maintain sobriety from pornography, masturbation, sexual shame and other unwanted behaviors. Each man has a choice of material he would like to work through while being apart of the group: Gentle Path, Facing the Shadows, Recovery Zone, Voice of the Heart, or a recovery book from our library. Each week, two men have the opportunity to share on their specific recovery work they've completed and receive feedback from the group. NEW GROUP STARTING - MAY, 2024: This is a 12-week group for men, limited to six men each group, who are looking for useful tools and support to assist them in their active recovery from pornography, masturbation, unwanted sexual behaviors, and sexual shame. Each week, men are encouraged to complete an activity that looks at their particular story surrounding their behaviors, thinking and the emotions connected to their particular acting out: A Time Line of Your Sexual History; A Powerlessness List; Three Circles Recovery Plan; Slip/Relapse Plan; 'When things get crazy' Plan; Trauma Story, just to name a few.
