My experience treating issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, spirituality, grief, men's issues, and marriage/relationships, enable me to accompany you through the dark seasons of your life, and help you find hope when it is hard to find.
I have over 13 years of experience in various clinical settings. Relational in my approach, I also utilize evidenced based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am rostered in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trained in EMDR and am a certified facilitator in Prepare-Enrich.
In addition to my experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and families, I have also received theological training, and have served in a variety of ministry capacities. These experiences make me uniquely suited to address faith and spirituality in the context of therapy as well. Please allow me to walk with you.
