I specialize in perinatal therapy and have recently expanded my practice to include other kinds of life transitions. Focusing on ways in which we mother our babies, ourselves, and even our creative "births," I will help guide you on the way, with the belief that you already possess everything you need for the journey.
Trinity is a psychotherapist in private practice offering individual and group therapy virtually through Rose City Family Wellness. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions for women, focusing specifically on new and expectant mothers. Trinity has trained in Maternal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
Motherhood is a huge transition and shift in identity. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to raise a mother. Using evidenced based practices, humor, and the warmth of a close friend, I can help support you through this next phase of life. A "mother" is anyone who identifies as such. Please reach out with questions!
