Heart of Freedom Mindfulness Meditation on Zoom
This drop-in class is offered on a donation basis and is open to anyone interested in learning how to mindfully meditate, or deepen practice. It includes guided and silent sitting in the practice. It also includes a talk on topics related to mindfulness meditation. There is also an opportunity for informal discussion and for questions related to practice. The focus of Doug's teaching is on the cultivation of compassion, loving-kindness and wisdom through being fully present for the ever changing joys and sorrows of life. If you want support in establishing a daily mindfulness meditation practice, or deepening practice this is the class for you.
