My name is Allen and I want to thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or feeling connected to others I would like to help. Many of my clients come to me because they no longer want to feel the way they do and simply want to feel better, have less anxiety, and to be confident to live the life they want. Some seek me out to utilize EMDR as a way to overcome their struggles. No matter what you may be struggling with, A2Z is here to help you through those struggles. I practice from a person-centered framework and believe in the benefits of traditional talk therapy. I also provide a therapy modality called EMDR; EMDR allows a person to live in the present by working through problems of the past which influence them presently. EMDR is proven to significantly decrease symptoms associated with many mental health concerns.
I want to help you live the life you want and to help you find the freedom to do so. As your counselor it is not my job to force you to do anything; but rather to support, encourage, and help you overcome your struggles.
