As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech LLC and certified by the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) to provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and other anxiety related disorders. I see clients individual in private practice and currently co-lead DBT skills groups (Adult) with DBT Eastside (Bellevue, WA).
