I am a licensed addictions specialist with over twenty years of clinical experience in the counseling room witnessing many changed lives. My specialty is helping Christians struggling with addictive behaviors find freedom and purpose. There are tangible reasons why people do what they do as well as a clear pathway to freedom. Additionally, I am DOT/SAP certified and authorized by the United States Dept. of Transportation (DOT) to provide SAP assessments, evaluations and counseling services to employees in safety sensitive positions.

For addictions I utilize a recovery task model to inspire and build an overall awareness, commitment, and responsibility to the treatment process. Individual therapy and group involvement maybe skillfully utilized to build emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health to strengthen ties with self and with others. To treat trauma my training and skill in DBT, PIT, and EMDR are used to assist clients towards achieving a more expedient recovery than the utilization of other typical therapy methods alone.
