Our inner-world matters as much as the universe outside of us. My aim is to explore these worlds with you and connect the different threads of your stories so you can witness yourself as whole.
My therapeutic approach is relational, holistic and anti-colonial. I value complexity in personal narratives and believe that relationships and systems such as religion, culture, gender, sexuality, race, class and nationality coalesce to make us who we are.
