I work with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who struggle with anxiety, emotional intensity, identity questions, or a lingering sense of disconnection—often while appearing capable and composed. Many of my clients wrestle with perfectionism, bicultural or identity-related stress, relationship difficulties, or periods of major life transition that bring up questions of meaning and direction. Some clients find it helpful to read more about my therapeutic philosophy and areas of focus before reaching out.
My practice is warm, reflective, and process-oriented. Trained in Existential Analysis, I offer a steady, grounded space to explore your lived experience, moving beyond quick-fix coping tools to foster lasting clarity and authentic connection with yourself.
In our sessions, awareness becomes a bridge to greater self-acceptance and transformation. You don’t need to arrive with perfect words. You only need to begin. Please note: My practice is best suited for medium-to-long-term personal growth rather than immediate crisis intervention or rapid decision-making.
