About
I provide psychological services to children and adolescents who present with maladaptive coping skills and behaviors as a result of unresolved mood, anxiety, trauma, identity, family, social/cultural, and/or educational challenges. My approach to therapy is tailored to an individual's presenting needs, but is always rooted in genuineness, compassion, and unconditional positive regard.
My work further extends to adults with histories of trauma, ADHD, severe mental illness, and legal issues. I primarily provide trauma-informed therapies like Internal Family Systems therapy and play therapy. I also offer parent training / coaching, as needed. I accept patients stepping down from inpatient, partial, group, residential, and IOP programs.
In addition to my psychotherapy interests, I am a certified ADHD professional specializing in the diagnostic assessment of ADHD. I am available for consultation and enjoy opportunities to provide clinical supervision.
