I’m AuDHD (autistic + ADHD), which means I get it. The sensory overload, the “wait, what do you mean other people don’t have 50 tabs open in their brain at all times?”, the burnout, the masking, the hyperfocus wormholes... I live it too. So in my office, you don’t have to waste time translating your experience or toning yourself down. You get to show up as your whole, unmasked self.
I help neurodivergent folks and trauma survivors cut through the noise and get real. I offer a no-bullshit, judgment-free space to unmask, heal, and grow. Together we’ll tackle trauma patterns, calm your nervous system, and find strategies that actually work for your brain.
