First, we will get you back to baseline health - out of survival "fight/flight." Once you are are at baseline, then we can help you address the core fear/grief underneath the trauma response. During this time, we will give also you the necessary tools to take smalls risks in real life thereby improving communication, vulnerability, and deepening your relationships.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic approaches. My work is active, relational, and attuned. We we work with your nervous system, emotional states, and inner parts in real time to create sustainable change.
