I specialize in stress, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, including complex trauma or C-PTSD and sexual abuse. EMDR is my primary modality because it is known as the gold standard, evidence based trauma focused treatment. I also utilize CBT, somatic therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and an attachment-based lens. Located in Frisco & virtually in Texas
