About
Mend Counseling aims to serve those seeking a straight forward approach to mental health counseling. The world is complex and each individual struggles with different aspects of life, living within their values, and finding a balance in health. Mend aims to create a meaningful relationship with each person that reaches out for aid to address their specific needs and struggles. Though depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma are all too common each manifests itself in subtle and complex forms.
Mend Counseling is owned and operated by Jon Jacobs - a Licensed Professional Counselor from Appleton, Wisconsin. He seeks to honor the individual first; understanding one's family of origin and how one sees the world.
Through Mend Counseling, Jon would like to reach out to all those seeking better health. Jon has an open door and invites you to start a conversation about your struggles and your goals. All of your thoughts and feelings are welcome. We will figure it out with one another.
