Hello, my name is Melyssa MacQuarrie. I've been a licensed psychologist for 20 years. I specialize in working anxiety, depression (including post-partum depression), PTSD, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, difficulty adjusting to changes, personality disorders, relationship problems, and communication issues. My main treatment approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which is a research-backed approach that helps people gain insight into their problems and learn how to solve them. I'll meet you where you are in your life's journey and help you make choices for change in a compassionate, nonjudgmental setting.
