As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with adults who are navigating eating disorders, substance use disorders, and PTSD. If you feel stuck in your substance use, out of control with disordered eating, or exhausted by flashbacks and a dysregulated nervous system, help is available.

I utilize evidence-based interventions that rely on proven research. The interventions used include: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
