I provide space for clients seeking to make meaning out of life. We explore the perspective you bring as we address issues in your life. Therapy is an opportunity to work on life transitions and issues that affect relationships. I work with people passing through developmental life stages that cause stress, anxiety, depression and confusion. I begin where the client is while exploring the many diverse feelings that come with change. I work with couples and individuals.
My couples work is predicated on Neurodynamic Couples therapy, utilizing natural right brain activation to create change. Contact me for more information.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding in the area of conflict, trauma, and communication skills. Stages such as emerging young adults, parenting, and adults having difficulty transitioning, couples and making meaning of life through the aging process are my areas of expertise. I have 30+ years of experience working with diverse populations.
I do not take insurance. This also assures complete privacy and confidentiality. Instead I prefer to contract a direct pay agreement with my clients and offer a sliding scale fee to clients including students and people living on a fixed income.
