I am passionate about helping you heal from attachment and relationship issues, betrayal trauma and narcissistic abuse. I work with children (starting at ages 3), teens, and adults for a variety of needs including depression, anxiety, divorce, blended-families/coparenting support, life transitions, grief, trauma, codependency, and OCD.
My work as a counselor comes from an eclectic standpoint with an emphasis on a systemic approach. I utilize CBT, play therapy, sand tray therapy, IFS, EMDR and I-CBT. I am able to integrate the Christian faith if that is important to you or your family. I look forward to providing support and helping remind you of your ability to thrive!
