Intensive EMDR essentially is having longer sessions for a shorter period of time to get symptom relief faster, so the past doesn't feel so present.

You may already have a non-EMDR therapist that you feel comfortable with so you just want to add an intensive for a specific memory or maybe you are the therapist and would like to collaborate or consult so that you and your client aren't both feeling stuck.
In offering EMDR Intensives & adjunct EMDR work, I help clients decrease distress quickly around a difficult memory & move into the present feeling lighter with more agency & choice. 4 Month Intensive Comprehensive Group Consultation
The Comprehensive Intensive Group for EMDR therapists is my in-person offering that’s been formatted for online. This small cohort-based group is ideal for those working towards certification or simply wanting to feel more confident in areas like better understanding AIP, case conceptualization, and troubleshooting. 10 group hours towards EMDRIA certification are provided. $800. Prerequisite: Completion of EMDRIA Approved Basic Training. Now enrolling for next cohort! Meet once a month for 2.5 hours each for 4 months. Meeting Fridays 12pm-2:30pm EST (9am-11:30am PST), Next cohort now enrolling. Dates: November 2025-February 2026
