I am passionate about helping people improve their relationships with themselves and the world around them. When we learn to walk authentically in our own identity, we can better embrace those around us as well. I combine my training in Marriage and Family Therapy and my desire to walk with others towards wellness to help teens, women, couples, and families overcome low self-esteem, negative body image, relationship struggles, and other issues. I utilize a holistic and integrative approach to accomplish this, taking the unique needs of each client into account.
