We never know what surprises or challenges life will throw our way and how they will test our knowledge, strength, and ability grow or keep moving forward. Have you experienced a recent loss, trauma, or are you feeling stuck in a pattern that doesn't serve you any longer? As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, my role is to help you overcome setbacks that have led to depression, PTSD, OCD, and anxiety. I treat individuals, couples, and groups/
In addition to therapy services, I offer neuropsychological testing for children and adults to diagnose Autism, ADHD, learning disorders, giftedness, and for pre-bariatric surgery needs.
My practice is focused on helping clients manage symptoms of trauma, grief, OCD, and depression. I partner with you to highlight new ways of coping so that you can thrive after some of life's worst experiences. I also specialize in diagnosing and supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and neurocognitive concerns.
As a skilled clinician and listener, my purpose is to offer you space to explore your concerns, learn new ways to approach problems and break patterns that no longer serve you and to help you learn self-compassion as you cope with whatever challenges, disappointments, or surprises life has thrown your way.
