Melody Marzulli Ott's Groups
Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Teens
If your teen struggles with relationships, managing their mood, and making healthy choices, this group might be a good fit. Dialectical Behavior Therapy focuses on developing emotional regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and distress tolerance skills. With mindfulness as a central theme, teens learn to manage emotions and relationships with increased success.
Young Widow/ Widower and Family Support Group
Losing your partner can be devastating. Licensed Therapists, Linda Turner and Melody Ott offer support to you and to your children as you navigate your loss and begin the healing process. Our groups for children and teens run concurrently with our parent support group and we meet once a month. Our group meets at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in their Youth Community Center , which allows for safe social distancing (this is not a faith based group and all denominations and affiliations are welcome). The fee listed below is the family fee not the per person fee.
