My approach is client-driven and integrative. I start with assessing developmental history, losses and trauma, and behavioral health issues. I then clarify with the client how I can assist them with their identified goals. I currently provide telehealth sessions for clients in Montana and Michigan.
I utilize a primarily integrative, cognitive-behavioral, motivation enhancement, and mindfulness-oriented psychotherapy interventions. I have over forty years working with co-occurring disorders. I have extensive experience working with chronic pain, pain medication dependence and opioid addiction.
