I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples and families attain and maintain hope and healing by means of a therapeutic relationship and personalized intervention that work best for them. I have a deep empathy for those who are struggling with trauma, grief and loss, unresolved past hurts, and broken relationships.
I utilize an integrated holistic treatment approach while advancing to wholeness and wellness using psychotherapy and psychoeducation. I practice a Gottman method couples therapy, emotionally focused therapy for individual and couples, EMDR, brainspotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
