I am a therapist who believes in the power of story- the stories we inherit, the ones we carry, and the ones we are still learning to speak.
I work with children, teens, families, and adults of all ages including elders. With kids, I create spaces that feel playful, safe and imaginative. With adults, I offer a steady presence for processing trauma, mood challenges, loss, and moments of profound transition. Suicide prevention and trauma informed care are central to my practice, and I approach each session with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
My approach blends narrative therapy, CBT, and DBT in a way that is warm, practical, and tailored to each persons needs. My work is always client-centered- shaped by your goals, your pace, and your story. Healing is not linear, but it is possible, and you don't have to walk it alone.
