My counseling philosophy is all about being genuine, accepting, and offering unconditional positive regard. I believe everyone, no matter their past, deserves a safe space to express themselves and explore who they are without judgment. I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I pull from different methods to best support where you are right now and where you want to grow. Using tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients reframe their trauma stories, connect more deeply with their values, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create.
I work with individuals of all ages who may be carrying heavy burdens and aren’t quite sure what to do with them. These challenges might come from childhood trauma, ongoing anxiety, or major life transitions that can gradually wear down self-esteem and confidence.
I prioritize authenticity and strive to create a safe, welcoming space built on open, nonjudgmental communication. In our sessions, I take the time to truly listen to your story and experiences, honoring both the pain and the joy you bring into the room.
