I take an integrative approach, drawing from Acceptance & Commitment, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapy. I help clients reframe trauma stories, connect with their values, and take meaningful steps toward growth, supporting both where they are now and the life they want to create. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy.
