I am passionate about helping clients to be more in the here and now (mindfulness), develop self-compassion, create healthy boundaries, make sense of their emotions and pain, and create a meaningful life. In my practice, I offer individual therapy and support for adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of challenges. From perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, adult children of mentally ill/narcissistic parents, people pleasing and codependency, career stress, self-esteem issues, life transitions, school and behavioral issues or body image, I am here to help you through it.
I am a certified Perinatal (pregnancy/postpartum) Mental Health counselor (PMH-C). Becoming a new mother can be an isolating and lonely time, even for the not so new parent. In my practice, I will help mothers in exploring many topics including mothers’ mothers’ new normal, mom’s guilt, baby blues, and postpartum depression/anxiety/ocd/bipolar/psychosis.
Teenagers worry about grades, friends, body image, social status, and how other people see and think of them. Raising a teenager is hard, but being a teen in today’s world is so much harder. I will help your teens to reconnect to themselves and guide you to meet where they're at.
