I offer individual therapy for pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience working with adolescents with behavioral challenges and involved in the Juvenile Justice system as well as supervising programming. I work with individuals to address trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, relational conflicts, and goal development.
The goal of Freedom Counseling is to assist individuals in finding an inner freedom that allows them to be who they were created to be. This is done with education and a supportive, holistic approach which incorporates the body, mind, spirit, and soul.
