***I am not currently accepting new clients.*** I have experience working with a variety of clients from age three through adulthood. I have a strong background in working with children, families, and individuals with developmental delays. I also have supported clients with a variety of needs including but not limited to grief, domestic abuse, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I primarily use a client-centered and attachment based approach while incorporating other methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I also use play therapy strategies to support kids with processing their emotions and building coping skills.
I believe that sense of safety created within the therapeutic relationship allows for vulnerability. This in turn helps individuals to gain insight, build self-esteem, and overcome challenges.
