Not accepting new clients
Note: I am on parental leave and will return in January 2024. Therapy can provide new perspectives during a time when the world seems disconnected and life feels overwhelming. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide evidence-based psychotherapies for individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Living a life consistent with our values is a common, and often elusive, goal. To support my clients in this endeavor, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapies with relational and process-oriented techniques.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches (ACT and DBT) to increase flexibility in thinking and behavior, while understanding how relationship dynamics impact your life. I received clinical training at Stanford and Yale University hospital systems, and am currently on faculty at Bellevue Hospital.
Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, and a good fit is important. Therapy can be both challenging and rewarding, and I offer a compassionate space to support my clients in understanding their concerns and finding a path to a full and meaningful life.
