About
My goal is to help individuals and families uncover their true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't always change difficult situations, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges. Seeing a situation in a new way, becoming aware of what we can and cannot control, or learning coping skills for managing our circumstances can significantly improve our daily lives.
I am a licensed psychologist providing services to children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client or family.
In addition to my doctorate in psychology, I also hold a master's degree in special education and a DIRFloortime certificate. As a former teacher and early intervention provider, I have a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, school based difficulties, and learning differences.
