Together, we will explore the underlying causes of your anxiety, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a sense of empowerment that allows you to reclaim your life.
The therapy relationship is held in a sacred space that allows emotional energetic information to flow into our conscious awareness and to be released in a gentle, healthy way. We will use mindfulness, CBT, and DBT to allow you to grow. We will also reflect on the experiences that led you to therapy.
