About
I have a passion for helping people thrive in their relationships and gain freedom in the lives. Our relationships are the backbone of our human experience that help us create full & rich lives. I love working with clients in individual, couples and group therapy to identify & work through the barriers the get in the way of this, including past trauma, attachment issues, emotional intimacy issues, co-dependence, & self-esteem. My background in childhood trauma gives me a unique lens to help you address the root cause, not just use a band-aid.
Working from a trauma- informed, psychodynamic lens, connecting to your mind, body and spirit is how we work toward holistic healing and growth.
Hope is a tool that I use in my approach to meet clients where they are and collaborate to help them in breaking patterns of intergenerational trauma and live the life (inner and outer) that they desire.
