Throughout my clinical experience, I have helped clients overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have also helped clients with more serious mental illness including Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder to be able to live more satisfying lives. Additionally, I help people who just want to manage stress better to enhance their overall wellbeing.
