My clients often describe me as having a warm and calming presence. I work with clients who may have been dismissed, misunderstood, or who struggle with self-doubt. I often see clients as they are navigating depression, anxiety, and significant life transitions such as divorce, grief, career changes, and relationship challenges. My background includes work in domestic and sexual abuse and I value a compassionate focus on trauma work. I understand that you may feel hesitant or uncertain to start therapy so my goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
I offer a space where you don’t have to fight to be heard, understood, or beIieved. I often notice clients feeling relief just from taking the step to reach out.
I have immediate availability and offer flexible scheduling including daytime, evenings, and weekends. I also hold a weekly therapy group for those recovering from harmful relationships.
I invite you to reach out in whatever way you feel comfortable. You are able to reach me by phone, text, email, or you can check out times to book a free 15-minute consultation using the Calendly link in the “website” section of my profile.
Wishing you the best in finding the support and connection you deserve!
