Religious trauma. Spiritual abuse. Recovery from purity culture. For the past ten years, I’ve specialized in supporting women with complex trauma. In recent years, I’ve added a specialization in religious trauma. Like other forms of trauma, religious trauma often shows up as anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. I primarily work with women, but I’m also an affirming ally of the LGBTQ community. My goal is to help clients untangle the web of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep them feeling stuck—and support them in reclaiming a sense of safety and self. Let's go deeper than symptom relief into real emotional healing.
As a trauma specialist, I integrate both cutting-edge modalities—like EMDR, IFS, mindful self-compassion, and somatic awareness—and alternative energy-based modalities such as Reiki, crystals, and other intuitive methods. I meet clients where they are, whether they’re new to therapy or seasoned seekers looking for a deeper level of expertise and healing.
