Announcement icon During the Covid-19 crisis, I am conducting sessions by phone/video. Online group therapy for support & connection is also available.
People often make the decision to begin therapy when they’ve become stuck with a chronic sense of dissatisfaction and feel unsure where to go next in life. They may have the vague sense that they're repeating patterns they can’t quite recognize or understand. I’ve found that when one feels safe enough to begin talking without censoring oneself, new understandings emerge. The patterns become clearer and then begin to shift.
In my practice, I work with people who struggle to recover from painful past experiences, to feel connected to others, or to feel at peace with themselves. Many suffer from depression or anxiety, have issues with eating and body image, struggle with perfectionism and self-attack, or feel creatively blocked. I help these people to begin talking.
Please see my website for more information, and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. I'm happy to talk about how we might work together in individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, or in group psychotherapy.
