Perimenopause impacts everything from digestion, to sleep, to temperature modulation, to cognitive function, and yes, sexuality! Unfortunately, the research is minimal and many health professionals are misinformed. With so many confusing symptoms and a lack of informed support, you end up feeling helpless and frustrated. As a result, opportunities to invite the gifts of this transition to inform our growth and transformation gets missed.
