Many families are navigating transitions, school stress, or emotional outbursts that leave everyone feeling disconnected & stuck. Parents often come to me feeling exhausted, worried, or unsure if they’re doing “enough,” while children may struggle to express what they need through words alone. My ideal clients are children, teens, & parents who feel overwhelmed by big emotions, anxiety, or behavioral challenges & aren’t sure how to make things feel better. At their core, they want relief, understanding, & hope. Children want to feel safe, heard, & more in control of their feelings. Parents want practical tools and reassurance.
I specialize in working with children & families using play therapy, parent support, & developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches. I focus on helping children build emotional regulation skills while supporting parents with guidance they can actually use at home.
