Hi there, I’m Melissa Vega. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can just be yourself, just as you are. I believe in the inherent goodness within everyone and that we all navigate life with the tools and experiences we. have. With over 20 years of experience as a master’s level therapist, I specialize in supporting pre-teens, teens, and adults. As a fellow parent of three, I understand the complexities of parenting and relationships, and I’m here to help you and your children overcome any barriers you may face.
I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from the high-stress Emergency Room Crisis Department to Child Residential Placements, and supporting families in the comfort of their own homes through Family Based In-home settings and Crisis Hotlines. I deeply understand that we're all doing our best, and I'm here to meet you where you are at.
