I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate addiction, mental health challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked with both teens and adults in a wide range of settings—from community clinics to crisis centers, to serving in the U.S. Navy as a Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor and Victim Advocate. I know therapy can feel like a big step, so I meet you where you are, follow your pace, and work with you to create a path that feels comfortable and empowering. My goal is to offer a space that’s supportive, respectful, and centered on what matters most to you.
I have extensive experience working with adults ages 18 to 90, as well as adolescents ages 13 to 17. My specialties include addiction treatment and recovery therapy, along with supporting individuals managing serious mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder.
