Mens Group
Our Mens Group works to support Clients through learning about themselves and how they relate in their intimate relationships through processing and receiving feedback, support and hearing others experiences surrounding each Clients presenting issues, This group has a special focus on recovering from sexual compulsivity and meets every other Wednesday evening for 90 minutes.

Covid Survivors Support Group
This group meets to support members to share and receive support surrounding the trauma from the Covid experience and its effects on each members mental and physical health and wellness. There is a blend of processing, constructive feedback and support along with experiential practices including meditation, breath work, trauma releasing techniques, gentle yoga and yoga Nidra to support each members path to recovery in both body and mind from the long term effects from Covid and the pandemic. We meet every other Wednesday, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at a suggested donation of $50, each group
