Either way, I am here to help by holding a safe space for you to explore your inner world with the use of my favorite modalities: EMDR and IFS therapy. Many of the clients I work with suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and come from all walks of life. With clients, I have a compassionate approachable demeanor. Clients warm up to me quickly and I enjoy helping them to reach their goals.
EMDR and IFS informed therapies are key ingredients for finally finding some relief! Utilizing bilateral stimulation, we allow the brain to do its best work to process memories that become “stuck”, causing fears, anxiety, and depression in our present day lives.
After addressing the past and present we will take control of the future and run future oriented protocols to assist with any worry about tomorrow. This amazing work is also easily completed virtually.
