I am passionate about empowering individual to align actions with values in order to pursue an authentically-guided life. The therapeutic relationship provides an ideal setting to practice communication, curiosity, acceptance, and accountability necessary to change what is not working, but to also find enjoyment in life. I have clinical experience treating a variety of presentations/dual diagnoses in all ranges of acuity. In regards to performance consulting, I have worked with all levels of athletes and performers from a variety of performance realms, including dancers and musicians, as well as those in the business setting.
Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, eating disorders, disordered eating, body image distress, anxiety, depression, and life/relationship transitions. Additionally, I help those leaving a performance realm, maintain valuable parts of their identity and connect with purpose to develop a genuine relationship with food, exercise, and their body.
