I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families on issues addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, personality disorders, parenting styles, domestic abuse, anger management, self-esteem and sexual assault to name a few. Often, many clients reach out to me because they are struggling with with a difficult life change and just need the extra support.
I understand that starting therapy can seem intimidating; therefore, we can start gradual and work within your comfort level. After a few sessions we will work together on short and long term goals. These goals will be attainable and realistic for the individual and/or family to achieve. When identifying goals with clients I like to take into account all aspects of their life; such as work, family, friends, religion, health and other obligations they may have.
